The price includes all costs except the Balearic tourist tax, payable during the online check-in: 2.20€ per person per night (from May to October) and 0.55€ per person per night in low season (from November to April).

A 400€ damage deposit is required and will be processed during the online check-in.

Heating is provided in March and April and operates on a scheduled timetable during these months.

Thanks to its central location, a car is not essential during your stay, as Selva can easily be explored on foot. However, having a car is recommended if you wish to explore the island further, including beaches, nearby villages, and the Tramuntana Mountains.
