The centre of Pollença, with its restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and shops, is within easy walking distance from the house.

There are also regular bus connections nearby providing access to Port de Pollença, Cala Sant Vicenç and Palma, making it convenient to explore the area even without a car.

The house is located in a quiet residential area of Pollença, surrounded by traditional townhouses and local homes. It offers the perfect balance between tranquility and proximity to the lively town centre.

Within just a 5-minute walk, you can reach the charming main square of Pollença, where you’ll find a wonderful selection of restaurants, cafés, local shops and supermarkets. The area is ideal for experiencing authentic Mallorcan village life while having everything you need close at hand.

Please note that there is a nearly completed construction project directly opposite the house, across the street. Occasionally, some daytime noise may occur during the stay. The property price already reflects this circumstance.
