The space

The house has 4 bedrooms and generous indoor and outdoor spaces, designed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. On the main floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living and dining area with Smart TV, and a guest toilet.

Upstairs, on the right, there is the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower and beautiful views of the mountains and the pool. Along the hallway, on the left, there is a shared bathroom, two twin bedrooms, and at the end, a second master bedroom, also with an en-suite bathroom.

Outside, the house offers everything needed to enjoy the Mediterranean climate: a private swimming pool, a covered porch ideal for outdoor dining, a barbecue area, a laundry room, and space to park several cars.

Although the villa is only a 15-minute walk from the center of Pollença, having a car is recommended for greater convenience, as transport connections are not as practical as in a city. It will also allow you to easily reach nearby beaches, and other points of interest in the area.

The price includes all expenses except the Balearic tourist tax, which is paid during the online check-in: €2.20 per person per night (from May to October) and €0.55 per person per night during the low season (from November to April).
